JEA Tours maintains refund and cancellation procedures intended to be transparent and fair for both customers and service providers.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Cancellation requests submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date may qualify for a full refund.
  • Requests submitted after the initial 10-day period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 35% of the total purchase amount.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain tours, activities, transportation arrangements, reservation fees, promotional offers, or partially used services may be non-refundable according to supplier terms and operational costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment processors.
